Ultrasonic assisted extraction using green solvents such as ethanol, water and hydro-ethanol (50/50) have been used to evaluate the separation of bioactive compounds from Annona squamosa (Custard apple) leaves. The investigation Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy is being characterize substances. hydro-ethanolic extract rich in carboxylic acids, phytosterols sugars arabinose, xylose galactose, according substances screening results.
